Over 30 years’ of industry experience…
Site Safety Services was founded by Rob Dymalla who has over 30 years’ experience working in high risk industries and training. Rob’s industry experience covers Construction, Mining, Industrial Services and the Maritime sectors. Rob has worked in varying levels within the WHS structure of organisations, as well as almost 10 years teaching with TAFE Queensland SkillsTech.
We are proud of our reputation in training clients to gain real-life skills rather than just “getting a ticket”.
Site Safety Services was created to provide a flexible, yet reliable and valid service to Industry. We work with each client to ensure their workers are properly trained, fairly assessed, and issued with legitimate qualifications, all with the least impact on workplace productivity.
We will work within your schedule to deliver Workplace Training, run High Risk Work Licensing courses, conduct Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments, and help you with your WHS Compliance.

Whilst most of our work is performed in South East Queensland, we are able to operate throughout Australia if the need arises. We can mobilise trainers and assessors to work with your staff no matter where their location. Remote or interstate operations are not a problem.
Logistics are negotiated up-front and charged “at cost” so there are no nasty surprises later on. Please contact us if we can assist with your “out of town” training needs.
